To create your first habit, tap the "+" button in the Habits tab. Choose a name, icon, category, and set your target frequency. You can also set a difficulty level and customize reminder notifications.
Habit stacks are groups of related habits that you can complete together. For example, a "Morning Routine" stack might include meditation, exercise, and reading. This helps you build powerful routines.
Tap and hold on any habit card to access the partial completion slider. You can set any percentage from 0% to 100% to accurately reflect your progress, even on days when you don't fully complete a habit.
Go to the Progress tab to see detailed analytics including completion rates, streaks, weekly/monthly views, and heatmaps. You can filter by different time periods and individual habits.
Streaks count consecutive days you've completed a habit. A streak continues as long as you complete the habit each day. Partial completions above your "good enough" threshold (default 75%) also count toward streaks.
